ICOM© measures the effectiveness of communication at all touch points between a product/service and the consumer.  Communication channels may include: classical media, access media, promotions, sponsorships, special events, etc.


Technical Specifications


ICOM© uses a prospective mathematical model to evaluate a channel's worth.  It optimizes the channel mix based on brand strategy (awareness, equity, trial by new prospects, recovering lost consumers, or loyalty of current consumers).




A combination creator and a planning system to:
